The signature holder is the individual using the digital signature.

The subscription provides general use of the digital signature, including the RTM, signing PDF documents, registrations in the Organ Donation Registry and the Advance Medical Directives Registry.

Transactional fees are also charged for each digitally signed act entry in the Registre Foncier du Québec, and for each digitally signed document on the ConsignO Cloud platform.

Certain fees may also be charged by the Chambre des notaires, as described in the Inforoute Notariale / Services aux membres / Signature numérique.
